Guarantee & DOA Policy
Betta Exchange stands behind all of our fish, however minor losses may occur. The following guarantee and DOA policy has been established in a way that is both fair to Betta Exchange and our customers.
Replacements and Credits
A 2% discount off all Bettas will automatically be applied to your invoice to cover normal losses. Any item received with 50% or more DOA will be replaced on the customer’s next scheduled order or credited back to your account. The decision as to replace or credit any losses will be made solely by Betta Exchange.
Pictures of Losses
Pictures of losses must be provided to Betta Exchange within 24 hours. Pictures must clearly show deceased Bettas in original packaging.
